Important: If your HDD makes unusual sounds (clicking, squealing) or your SSD is not recognized by the system, turn off the device immediately and contact us. Continued use may cause irreversible data damage.

We send a file list via email to verify recovered data, so you can confirm the recovered data is exactly what you need.
We agree on what media to save the recovered data to and how to deliver it. You can borrow media, provide your own, or download from FTP.
You can pay by bank transfer, cash or card on personal pickup, or COD when sending by courier.
Data recovery is prioritized, continuous work including holidays and weekends.
